Frequently asked questions

In order to register a dependent with Teladoc firstly they must reside at the same residence as the Santander Edge explorer current account holder. If this is the case you can then follow the steps below.

1. Log into your Santander online banking portal
2. Navigate to the “Insurance cover” page under your Santander Edge Explorer current account
3. You will then need to click “take me to Chubb” on your travel insurance portal  
4. Once there you will need to copy the policy number, the policy number will start with “SANEXP” followed by 9 numbers. Make sure to capture all digits correctly.
5. Press back in the top left corner to be taken back to the “insurance cover” page
6. Then select the “Take me to Teladoc” button
7. Once in the portal open the menu by clicking the 3 lines in the top left corner then select “GP 24/7 Dependents”
8. Select log in then “create your account”
9. Enter the  dependent or child between the ages of 18 and 23 information
10. At the bottom of the page you will be asked to provide a policy number, this is the number collected at stage 4 of the process
11. Once all the information has been entered select Register and your dependent or child between the ages of 18 and 23 will be registered for Teladoc
