Our GP's can help you with many medical conditions including cold and flu symptoms, infections, anxiety, stress, allergies and provide advice on non-urgent medical conditions. Get the care you need in minutes from the comfort of your home or at work.

No matter what you are facing, you will be able to ask any health-related questions and get an answer from a medical expert.

When needed, you can also upload any additional medical information you might have for our team to examine in conjunction with your symptoms so that we have a complete picture of your situation. For example, if you have pictures of rashes or skin conditions or perhaps medication that you're taking, you can attach it to your consultation and our medical team will evaluate it.

Who can use this service?

As a customer, you get unlimited access to this service at no additional cost. There is no limit to how often you can use this service.

How does it work?

You can proceed to complete the form and a GP will call you to provide medical assessment.

  • 1Request a consultation

    You can request a GP consultation any time – choose either a video or telephone consultation.

  • 2Phone consultation

    Once your request is submitted, you will need to complete a short triage questionnaire and then select time for your appointment.

  • 3Video consultation

    Select the date and time for your appointment, a GP will call you back at your chosen time slot.

  • 4Consultation

    During the appointment ask as many questions as you need to and our GP's will provide professional medical advice. If required, they will provide prescriptions or referrals.

  • 5Post Consultation

    The consultation notes will be available for you to view within the portal post your consult including any referrals or prescriptions. Please note there will be a cost for private prescriptions.

What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
